PROGRAM SPEAKERS

Become an inspiring speaker who shares valuable ideas, local insights, and meaningful ways we can strengthen our community together.

The following guidelines are designed to help guest speakers prepare a presentation that is engaging, informative, and appropriate for our members and guests.

  • We welcome presentations that offer educational, informational, motivational, or entertainment value and are likely to appeal to a broad audience.

  • Presentations should remain nonpolitical and nonsectarian. Elected officials may be invited to provide general updates on legislative or governmental matters, provided the presentation is not used for campaigning.

  • Speakers are welcome to share information about their business, organization, or services, but presentations should not include direct sales pitches, requests for purchases, or solicitations for financial or in-kind donations. Interested members may be invited to speak with the presenter after the meeting.

  • Handouts are welcome, and speakers may provide materials for members and guests.

  • The Rotary platform may not be used to provide individualized financial advice.

  • To keep presentations personal and engaging, we encourage speakers to use PowerPoint or other visual aids sparingly.
